Fully bespoke 4-hours long strategic session to conduct a thorough deep-dive into your business.

 

This ultra-intensive session performs a complete 'health check' of your startup and fundraising strategies, designed to help you cut down time spent on investor outreach and raise private capital quicker.

 

The Master Session can be broken down into smaller sessions (e.g. 4x Sessions 60 minutes each, 2x Sessions of 120min each, etc.) and is tailored specifically to your needs. Some of the outcomes that Founders have previously achieved include:

 

  • Building investor target lists (with emails) tapping into Eva's personal investor database and other investor lists online,
  • Live drafting of your cold outreach emails using Eva's Cold Emailing Methodology,
  • Designing your bespoke strategy and cadence for follow-ups,
  • Drafting your Investor Follow Up emails/ Investor Newsletter/ Articles etc.,
  • Designing (or re-designing) your Pitch Deck (in Canva),
  • Preparing for pitching (Pitch Practice) and addressing investors' questions,
  • In-depth review of your Pitch Deck & fundraising materials, 
  • Answering any of your other questions about fundraising options and getting your startup funded.

 

When it comes to the session itself, there is a number of ways it can be structured.

 

 EXAMPLE MASTER SESSION STRUCTURE 

 

1st Call (60 min): Intro & Review Session

During the 1st Session, you will introduce your business/ idea to us and get started on:

  • Receive detailed & bespoke feedback on your Pitch Deck and current fundraising strategy. 
  • This is your chance to ask any Questions and obtain expert answers regarding navigating the fundraising landscape, capital raising tips, and anything else.
  • We don't just answer the Questions, we also put this in practice and support the answers with exact websites, links, resources etc.

 

2nd Call (60 min): Practical Session

This is the most actionable session where I help you tick off items from your To Do list, e.g.:

  • Building a targeted Investor List for you (.csv),
  • Live drafting of your Cold Emails (.docx) to selected investors,
  • Researching specific Investor Target and aligning your Pitch to them,
  • Designing or re-designing your current Pitch Deck (must be Canva-friendly file),
  • Are you applying for any Incubator/ Accelerator/ Venture Studio programs? This session is ideal to have your application reviewed & improved.

3rd Call (60 min): Mock Pitch Practice

Use this time to practice your pitch to investors. In this session, typically the first half of the call simulates an investor call where you pitch your business (screen sharing your Pitch Deck slides), and then I ask you Questions that investors will be likely to ask you. Second half of the call is dedicated to in-depth feedback, suggestions for improvement, and answering any of the questions you might have. 

 

4th Call (60 min): Strategic Session

Last session works on your specific capital raising strategy, bespoke to each investor target. In this session, we research in-depth the investors you want to raise capital from and conduct thorough assessment of their Ideal Founder Persona (IFP) to assess whether you & your business fits their investment thesis. We then work on tweaking and aligning your Pitch Deck & Pitch to match.
