Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before purchasing the Fundraising Course (the "Course") operated by V Select Consulting Ltd ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the Course is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms, as well as the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. These Terms apply to all students, users, customers and others who wish to access or use the Course. By accessing or using the Course you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you do not have permission to access the Course.
Course Access and Use License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Course for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Course without our express written permission.
Intellectual Property
The Course and its original content, features and functionality are owned by V Select Consulting Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and trade secret proprietary rights laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Course is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, regarding the Course including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, security, accuracy and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
In no event shall V Select Consulting Ltd, nor any of its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) access to or use of or inability to access or use the Course; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Course; (iii) any content obtained from the Course; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Your success in using the information or strategies provided in the Course depends on a variety of factors. We have no way of knowing how well you will do, as we do not know you, your background, your work ethic, or your fundraising skills or practices. Therefore, we do not guarantee or imply that you will be financially successful as a result of reading the Course, nor that you will raise any startup capital, or that you will have any earnings at all as a direct result from purchasing the Course. There is no assurance you will do as well as others. If you rely upon any figures provided, you must accept the risk of not doing as well.
